Breakfast

Breakfast is served outdoors, surrounded by nature and enveloped in the morning fragrances. During the cooler seasons, on the other hand, you can enjoy it in the cosy indoor room, where a warm and relaxing atmosphere reigns.

The undisputed protagonists are the homemade cakes, fragrant and fluffy, prepared fresh every day, such as the tart, the cinnamon-scented apple pie or the soft doughnut … Every bite tells of the passion and care with which they are made.

Next to our cakes, the freshly baked croissants, golden and flaky to perfection, invite you to indulge in their buttery embrace. You can enjoy them au naturel or fill them with one of our homemade jams.

For those who prefer savoury, the buffet offers a fine selection of local cured meats and cheeses, such as prosciutto crudo, homemade salami, and fragrant pecorino, perfect to accompany our crunchy rustic bread bruschetta, topped with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, juicy tomatoes and fresh basil.

Freshly prepared eggs, scrambled, sunny-side up or in a fluffy omelette, are a must.       For an international touch, we tempt you with our golden, vanilla-scented French toast, served with a dusting of icing sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup.

All accompanied by a wide selection of beverages, such as espresso coffee, creamy cappuccino, fresh juices and fine teas.

Please note that our kitchen is not certified for the preparation of gluten-free meals.

However, we always have a selection of sealed, pre-packaged gluten-free products available.

Upon request made at least one day prior to arrival, we can prepare gluten-free cakes and biscuits using suitable ingredients.
Please be aware, however, that these are baked in an oven not exclusively used for gluten-free products, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
