For those who prefer savoury, the buffet offers a fine selection of local cured meats and cheeses, such as prosciutto crudo, homemade salami, and fragrant pecorino, perfect to accompany our crunchy rustic bread bruschetta, topped with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, juicy tomatoes and fresh basil.
Freshly prepared eggs, scrambled, sunny-side up or in a fluffy omelette, are a must. For an international touch, we tempt you with our golden, vanilla-scented French toast, served with a dusting of icing sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup.
